Presidential Search Advisory Committee to review applications

The Florida State Presidential Search Advisory Committee will meet Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2 to 4 p.m., at the Alumni Center Ballroom to review candidate applications and identify and invite candidates to the university for on-campus interviews.

The Presidential Search Web site was updated at midday Nov. 30, when the number of applicants stood at 25. The search will remain open until the position is filled. To review new and updated candidate files, visit the dedicated Web site, accessible through www.academic-search.com. Click on the blue ribbon "Search Committee Login" at the upper right hand corner.

After selecting candidates to be interviewed, the Presidential Search Advisory Committee will conduct interviews on the following schedule:

Wednesday, Dec. 2

• Candidate 1: 8 - 9:15 a.m., Alumni Center Ballroom
• Candidate 2: 9:30 - 10:45 a.m., Alumni Center Ballroom

Thursday, Dec. 3

• Candidate 3: 8 - 9:15 a.m., Alumni Center Ballroom
• Candidate 4: 9:30 - 10:45 a.m., Alumni Center Ballroom

Depending on the number of candidates interviewed, the schedule may continue through Friday. Interviews with the candidates also will be scheduled for other campus and community groups.
