Transfer Credit Information
Florida State University generally awards credit for comparable coursework taken at regionally accredited community colleges, colleges, and universities in the U.S. and at recognized international institutions. After you are admitted to the University, the Office of Admissions will examine your transcripts in order to determine what credit will transfer to Florida State. Students who enter Florida State with an Associate in Arts degree from a Florida public community college are guaranteed sixty transferable hours.
