The Service Learning Program can assist community-based agencies that would like to recruit service learning students to assist staff members in accomplishing agency program objectives. These students, taking a service learning class under the guidance of a FSU faculty member in a variety of disciplines, can be available to you and other staff members to work on specific program or project tasks and activities. Service learning students would be available, on a weekly basis, throughout the length of a semester. Service learning students are involved in experiential learning and service work that enhances their classroom learning and contributes to the goals of your agency.
